When will my order ship? 

-Available Now Yarn - These in-stock yarns usually ship within 2-3 business days. Note: If you purchase In-Stock yarn, in addition to a dye-to-order yarn, all of the yarn will ship at the same time.

-Made to order Colorways - Due to our custom small batch process, please allow 2-3 weeks for order to be shipped. 

You will receive a notification as soon as the order ships

How can I wash my finished items?

Even though our yarns are Superwash, we strongly recommend gently washing your items in cool water and lay flat to dry. Remember, the less you handle your piece, the better!

Why is my yarn bleeding during the wash?

Slight bleeding is normal for the first few washes, especially if the color is rich. We recommend soaking your finished item in cold water and lay flat to dry. 

Why does my yarn color look different than the image on your site?

Yarns are dyed in small batches and each yarn is unique. We work hard to ensure each yarn is similar to all batches in the same colorway; however, the beauty of hand-dyed yarn is it's unique variegations. Also, monitors play a big role on how colors are displayed. Monitors are calibrated differently and as a result, colors vary slightly.

My project requires multiple skeins of the same colorway, will they blend well together?

Each skein is unique, purchase multi-skein projects together & alternate rows for best results

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we feel there is an error on our part. We will work to ensure you are fully satisfied. check out our policies page for additional details

I have an issue with my order, how can I contact you?

Does my order include insurance?

First Class Mail is not insured; however Priority mail comes with $50 of shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please select priority mail. 

International mail is not insured and tracking is not available beyond U.S. borders. You can expect an international package to be delivered anywhere from 3-6 weeks once shipped. If your package hasn’t arrived after the 6 week point please contact us and we will do what we can. 

Any claims filed for lost packages must be made by purchaser (usps.com), we are not responsible for lost packages or delays. Claims must be filed by you, the recipient, through USPS. As per USPS guidelines, once the package is picked up by the postal service the ownership of that package is now the recipients. Spectacular Yarns has no control of claims filed.

Does my order include tracking?

Tracking within the U.S. is available and will be sent to your email once shipped. Once you have your tracking number, you can visit our "Track Order" section to check status.

I received my yarn, but the color looks slightly different than the pictures?

There are several variables to this
